4) How we share personal information
We do not sell personal information for money. We may “share” (as defined by certain U.S. state laws) limited data for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out (see Your Privacy Rights).
We disclose information to:
- Service providers/contractors: payment processors Stripe, cloud/hosting, security/fraud tools, email/SMS vendors, analytics/advertising partners, and partners for warehousing and shipping. These parties are bound by contracts to use data only to provide services to us.
- Business transfers: in a merger, financing, or sale of assets (with appropriate safeguards).

We do not allow third parties to use customer data for their own independent marketing without your consent.
5) Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies for:
- Essential operations: site login, cart, checkout, security.
- Analytics: e.g., Google Analytics, to understand aggregate usage.
- Advertising & retargeting: to show relevant ads and measure their performance.
Your choices: manage cookies via your browser settings and our Cookie Preferences tool. For some browsers and regions, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of sale/sharing under applicable law.
6) Data security
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards:
- Encryption: TLS 1.2+ in transit; AES-256 at rest for stored data on [hosting/cloud provider].
- Payments: processed by stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). We do not store full card numbers.
- Access controls: role-based access, least-privilege, MFA for staff systems, and audit logging.
- Vendor diligence: contracts and reviews for service providers that handle personal data.
No system is 100% secure; we maintain an incident response plan and will notify affected individuals and/or regulators when legally required.
7) Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law (e.g., tax/audit). Typical periods:
- Orders & invoices: 10 years;
- Accounts: while active and then 10 years after inactivity;
- Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or we prune inactive lists.
8) Children’s privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child provided us information, contact us to delete it.
9) Your privacy rights (U.S. state laws)
We do not sell personal information for money. We may share limited identifiers and internet activity with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. To opt out, use “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” or enable GPC in a supported browser.
10) International visitors
We primarily serve U.S. customers. If you visit from outside the U.S., you consent to processing and storage in the United States, where laws may differ from those in your country.
11) Third-party links
Our Services may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
12) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. We will post the updated version with a new “Effective date.” Material changes will be highlighted or otherwise notified as required by law.
